Unique to the sales training arena, this half-day program teaches sales managers how to implement what has been taught. This includes corporate benchmarks, the proper use of job aids, how to coach, monitor, give feedback, and manage the sales skills that have been taught.

All programs delivered by Jolles Associates, Inc. come with follow-up options and are tailored to intelligently continue where the existing program left off. Designed to reinforce the original programs taught, typical deliveries include lessons in buyer social styles, time management, and negotiation skills, and are supported by small group activities, Mental Agility® exercises, and a full selling simulations.

Virtual Team Coaching Clinics

Designed to focus solely on the coaching of participants to use the techniques and processes taught, these programs are offered to reinforce the training that has been delivered. Delivered virtually, these programs include extensive Q & A’s, real-world client case studies, small group activities conducted in breakout rooms, and the introduction of complimentary sales tactics designed to complement what has already been taught.
